Mr. Brown is in his 29th year of practice as a licensed attorney and has almost two decades of experience owning and managing law firms and other businesses.   

Mr. Brown has tried to verdict over one hundred criminal and civil matters, and has extensive experience in handling a wide range of business disputes including breach of contract claims, condominium and HOA disputes and collections issues, construction disputes, receiverships, securities, commodities and banking related claims, employer-employee disputes and maritime cargo claims. 

Mr. Brown also has wide-ranging experience advising small and mid-size businesses, non-profits and condominium associations and HOAs on business management, legal structuring, accounting and financial management and risk management.   

A Cerified Fraud Examiner, Mr. Brown has particular expertise in the investigation of business fraud.
